Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5 business days after your payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • In the event of a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. You will be notified via email of any delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Canada

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to local regulations or carrier limitations.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

PetitJoys.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we are here to help:

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at info@petitjoys.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will review the issue and may provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applied to your order by your country’s customs office.
  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
