Eduardo’s journey with cacao is a story of passion, discovery, and deep cultural connection. He first encountered the magic of chocolate many years ago while working in a local chocolate shop, where he became fascinated by the rich history and significance of cacao in Mexican traditions. His curiosity led him to study and share his knowledge through educational chocolate tours, but he soon realized he wanted to create his own artisanal products from scratch. In collaboration with his wife Laura, their business was born—a labor of love that merges history, craftsmanship, and community.
Their commitment to sourcing organic, naturally grown cacao from Chiapas ensures that every product they produce honors both the farmers who cultivate it and the ancient traditions that shaped its journey through time. The cocoa trees are cultivated in a biodiverse environment, surrounded by a rich variety of native plants that support their natural growth.
Eduardo views cacao as a means to enhance human connection and well-being. Through hands-on workshops and partnerships with local artisans, they educate and inspire people to appreciate cacao in its purest form—full of nourishing, natural ingredients and free of unnecessary additives. For them, cacao is a bridge between history and modernity, a gift that invites customers to slow down, savor, and share joy with their loved ones.
