ABOUT US
For more than twenty years, Puerto Vallarta has been a place of real connection for me. It has given me warmth, kindness, and so many "petit joys". After a long international career, I felt called to pursue something more intentional, more human. I wanted to create a business that honors craftsmanship, supports communities, and celebrates the beauty behind meaningful giving. That became the seed for Petit Joys.
The idea began when I noticed how difficult it was to find gifts in Vallarta that were truly local. Items made by real artisans rather than mass-produced souvenirs from abroad. I wanted to change that. I wanted visitors and locals alike to take home something that carried the soul of Vallarta: its artistry, its beauty, the warmth of its people, and its quiet depth.
On a personal level, losing my mother to cancer, and supporting my sister through it twice, shaped my commitment to purity, safety, and transparency. Every Petit Joys product is free of toxins, phthalates, dyes, and synthetic fragrances. Everything comes from nature, crafted with ingredients your body knows.
What inspires us most about Mexico is its instinct for generosity, the warmth of strangers, a vivid bougainvillea climbing a wall, the way a simple meal becomes a moment of connection. Vallarta may be a small town, but beneath its charm lies sophistication: exquisite cuisine, refined artistry, and deeply human stories.
Petit Joys exists to honor that spirit.
To uplift local hands. To give back in a way that feels meaningful, not transactional.
And to help people take home a piece of this place, a memory, a feeling, a petit joy.
Because our gifts are more than objects. They are experiences to savor, joys you can eat, drink, smell, feel, or wear. Each one carries the story of someone who followed their heart and turned their craft into a livelihood.
