Born in Mexico City, Eduardo Colomer’s passion for gastronomy is deeply rooted in his family’s culinary traditions. His love for creating jams and sauces led him through various paths, but his true calling emerged when he began sharing his creations with loved ones. What started as a hobby evolved into a full-time artisanal pursuit after moving to Puerto Vallarta, with the support of his partner Emmanuel. 

Using traditional Mexican recipes and the freshest locally sourced ingredients, Eduardo handcrafts each batch of preserves. His work not only captures the essence of his homeland but also supports local farmers. Every jar embodies the flavors of Vallarta’s rich gastronomy, offering a taste of its culture.Eduardo’s artisanal jams and sauces are more than food—they’re expressions of heritage and passion. His dream is to make his creations symbols of Vallarta’s vibrant food scene, spreading joy and memories with each taste.
