Taste of Vallarta is a trio of small-batch flavors from the kitchens and farms of Jalisco — three things that belong on every table, made by the kinds of artisans who still do things the slow way.

Raw organic honey from bees relocated to the hills of Jalisco by a veterinarian who believes they deserve better than the city. Red Fruit Jam made from Eduardo's grandmother's recipe — strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries at peak ripeness, with a touch of cinnamon and lemon. And your choice of salsa: the bold, spicy Salsa Macha with its toasted seeds and árbol heat, or the quieter, smokier Salsa Morita — morita chiles slow-dried over wood smoke, with a warmth that builds and lingers.
